Current Release
2005 Napa Valley Cabernet
Sauvignon
Available now, the wine hits the glass with a rich deep purple color
and intense aromas of cherry, red raspberry, vanilla and oak.
The blend is 84% Cabernet Sauvignon with 11% Petite Verdot and 5%
Cabernet Franc, adding structure and depth while softening the tannins
and rounding out the acidity. Aged for 22 months in new French oak,
the wine drinks well now but should age well over the next four
to six years. If you opt for now, we recommend decanting or
at least airing before drinking.
